Engineered for critical industrial applications, our sealing solutions incorporate advanced flexible graphite materials including sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. These materials are produced through a proprietary process: natural flake graphite undergoes chemical intercalation followed by thermal exfoliation at 1000°C+, forming vermicular structures with 0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite is then calendared into rolls, offering:
