Flexible graphite materials include sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. These energy-efficient sealing products are manufactured by chemically intercalating natural graphite flakes followed by high-temperature exfoliation, forming vermicular graphite structures with 0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite is calendared into rolls, offering:
